Shipping Costs & Delivery Returns
www.coffeebeanery.com offers real-time shipping rates on all U.S. merchandise orders. This applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 Contiguous United States only. Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only. (Not applicable to Alaska and Hawaii)
P.O. Box
Orders for our P.O. Box customers will be shipped via UPS Surepost.
International Shipping
Coffeebeanery.com ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Guam) is unavailable at this time.
For U.S. orders and shipping with coffeebeanery.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States (including Puerto Rico). In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
For Canadian orders and shipping, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address in Canada. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in Canada.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS Surepost. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
The format for military addresses is as follows:
City: Enter APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Depot Post Office).
State/Region: Enter the two-letter code “AE” for shipments going to Europe, Middle East, and Africa, “AP” for the Pacific zone, and “AA” for the Americas.
Zip code: Enter the 5-digit zip code.
Country: Should always be United States
All return shipments from APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
General Delivery Times
UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air deliver Monday – Friday.
Processing Time
We try our best to process orders within 48 hours. All expedited priority orders will adhere to the same processing time. Large orders may take up to seven additional business days.
Business Days
Monday – Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Shipping Specials
When we offer special shipping rates, we reserve the right to limit quantities, location and methods they apply to.
Address Change
Domestic UPS orders only. If you must change the shipping address on your order after it has been shipped, we will do our best to intercept with UPS and there will be a $18.00 USD charge.
